1974 911 Modernized Hot Rod

Much planning goes into a building a one off 911, flares, engine, suspension and most importantly horse power! In order to properly fit a G50 transmission into a 1974 chassis, one must toss the old and install the new. The newer G50 tranny is millimeters longer than that of a 915 gear box. So, we cut out the old torsion tube and replace it with that of a 1987 fitting the tranny perfectly. Don’t try this at home. To piece the new torsion tube to the ends of the existing tube, one must cut out tubes that will slide into both ends of the tubes. Drill out plug holes completely around the outer tube to be welded.
