Metal Fabrication

A good restoration starts by using OEM replacement panels.
The key ingredient for metal fabrication is proper fitting of panels.

 

Years of experience enables us to properly set panel gaps to factory specification to 3-4mm. Well fitted panels are enhanced once the car has been completely assembled. Panels fit flush to each other perfectly gapped to specification making the sides of the car appear to be one continuous piece of metal. The process of metal fabrication is by far the most time consuming of the entire process but one that must not be overlooked.
