Dipping
Through the years we have learned the only true way to remove all rust is to completely submerse the entire body and panels into a non-acid solution that is an environmental-friendly cleaning process vastly superior to the alternative cleaning methods that damage metals from harsh abrasive blasting or acid dipping.
Once the car is electrolytic immersed, a negative/positive charge is applied to the metal causing metal pours to open and close enabling the solution to clean deeply into the pours of the metal. The final rinse is completed using a phosphate that leaves the metal with that gold blue look. The cars return as a clean canvas where only then, can we assess in detail any work needed to be done on the bare panels and body. Most importantly though, all rust is gone and never to return when properly coated. The car is now ready for a two-part baked on epoxy coating that seals the metal for good.
